Shipping Locations
We ship both within the Netherlands and internationally.

Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within two working days after purchase.
  • Orders placed before 15:00 are often shipped the same day, with delivery as early as the next day for national shipments.
  • Estimated delivery times via PostNL are 1–2 working days.

Shipping Costs

  • National Shipping: Flat rate of €5.
  • Free Shipping: Available on national orders over €100.
  • International Shipping: Rates depend on location and will be calculated at checkout, or DM on Instagram for special inquiries

Shipping Providers and Tracking
All orders are shipped via PostNL or FedEx and include tracking. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

Custom Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Dedic8 Apparel does not take responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, we will do our best to assist in resolving any issues.

  • Shipping issues must be reported within 7 working days after the order has been shipped.
  • Note: We do not offer refunds or replacements for lost packages.
