Dedic8 Returns and Refund Policy

At Dedic8 Apparel, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, you can request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Log into your account on our website using your email. You’ll receive a code in your inbox to log in securely.
  2. Navigate to the order you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Submit a return request, including the reason for the return from the dropdown menu.
  4. If requesting an exchange for a different size, mention the size in the return request notes.
  5. Send your return package to dedic8 HQ:

  6. We will take care of the rest :)

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of the delivery date (as per PostNL tracking). Please send this per
    e-mail on info@dedic8apparel.com or instagram DM. Include photos of the damage in your message.
  • Timeframe: All return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which we recommend sending via PostNL for reliable tracking.
  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges.

Additional Information

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in the provided packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
